Both muscles will do extension of the toes. Extensor digitorum Bravis will extend digit 2 to 4 extensor hallucis brevis will extend the great toe.

Abductor hallucis, flexor digitorum brevis, abductor digiti minimi
The abductor hallucis and flexor digitorum brevis will do
Flexion of the toes. Abductor hallucis will flex the great toe, as well as abduct.

Abduct the little toe

Quadratus Plantae and the lumbricals

They will do flexion. Quadratus Plantae flexes toes two through five. the lumbricals flexed the metatarsal phalangeal joint.

Dorsal interossei and plantar interossei

Abduction of toes (4 of these)
What is the action of plantar interossei?
Adduction of the toes (3 of these)
