Extensor Retinacula: Superior and inferior. Alos the felxor retinaculum
What is the origin and insertion of the flexor retinaculum?
Medial malleolus to the medial tubercle of the calcaneous
Insertion of EDL, EHL, and TA
TA: medial cuneiform bone, base of metatarsal bone 1
Where is the deep peroneal nerve located?
medial to the dorsalis pedis and deep to the EHL
