Benedicts test - Make water bath warm (75 degrees). Add soultion usually 10 drops then it should should turn from BLUE TO BRICK RED

IODINE SOLTUION - mashed food solution then use iodine and shake should turn BROWN TO BLUE BLACK

BIURET TEST - add 2cm drops on soultion then mix , go from BLUE TO PURPLE

Sudan III Test - add 3 drops of solution then gently shake . IF THERE IS LIPIDS THAN THR LAYERS WILL SEPERATE FROM RED AND COLOURLESS. IF NOT THEN THERE IS NO SEPERATE RED LAYER
