knobby brown vegetable cultivated for its root, taste is a cross between strong celery and parsley

seafood marinated in citrus juice, acid from the fruit cooks the seafood

stone ground grits cooked with cream and butter

a wine from chianti region in Tuscany, Italy made of the Sangiovese grape

A thick herb sauce from Argentina consisting of olive oil, garlic, onion, parley, oregano, vinegar, salt, cayenne, and black pepper

a dried smoked jalapeno pepper

milk gained from a coconut after adding equal parts water and coconut flesh and simmering before draining through cheesecloth
