- Thinly sliced potatoes deep fried crisp topped with sautéed onions.
- Chopped parsley
Sweet potato casserole
- Sweet potatoes whipped with butter and milk.
- Topped with chopped pecans and brown sugar.
Spinach supreme
- Creamed spinach with mushrooms, eggs, onion, S&P.
- Mixed with Aug Gratin sauce (cheddar, green onion, bacon, milk).
Asparagus
- Fresh asparagus steamed al Dante, tossed in butter.
- Topped with toasted almonds.
-Sliced almonds.
Brussels Sprouts
-12 oz of Brussels sprout halves, roasted in bacon fat, finished with a hint of beurre blanc, crispy shallot rings & fresh squeezed lemon and S&P.
Sautéed mushrooms
-Button mushrooms sautéed in butter, garlic, sherry, S&P.
Macque Choux corn
- Fresh shucked corn from the cob.
- Cream, S&P, white onions, bell peppers, and Tasso ham.
-Chopped parsley.
Onion rings.
- 8 sweet, yellow onions cut 1” thick, ____battered and deep fried.
- 10-12 per order.
Cauliflower Au Gratin
-cauliflower, Brie, truffle oil.
Sautéed onions
-Sautéed sweet yellow onion sliced with S&P.
Lobster Mac & cheese
- Elbow macaroni, rich Parmesan.
- Fontina cheese sauce (roasted garlic, milk, S&P, Parmesan, fontina), lobster piece topped with Parmesan panko bread crumbs.
-Chopped parsley
Jalapeño-bacon Mac & cheese
-Elbow macaroni, with jalapeños and bacon in a cheddar cheese sauce.
