Food poisoning
an illness that occurs 1-36hrs after eating contaminated food. Symptoms may include vomiting diarrhoea nausea abdominal pain and fever
Contamination
Occurs when something gets into our for that shouldn’t be there for example bacteria, a hair or a fly. This will affect the quality of the food and may cause food poisoning
