Shops: wrapped in plastic to stay fresh, stored in a dry place as moisture can cause bread to go bad

Fresh: losses moisture when exposed to air, store in a bread box or a sealed paper bag
Can you store bread in the refrigerator?
No because it will dry out
How should bread be stored? (freezer)
You can freeze bread for over two months, wrap the bread in plastic before freezing helps it stay fresh, need to defrost before eating
