Definition of Digestion
‘Breaking down large food molecules into smaller molecules so that it can be absorbed by the body

- Protease digest protein

Describe the action of an enzyme changes with temperature
If temperature is too high, enzymes looses its shape and stops working (de natures)

Most enzymes work best as pH 7 Protease work best at pH 1-2
