Ceviche
Lemon,lime, and orange juice, jalapeños, red onions made with the daily fresh fish. The fish sits in the mix for 24 hours to cook in the citric acid. Then drained and tossed with fresh avocado, cilantro, tomato, and extra virgin olive oil. Served with fried wonton chips
Peel and Eat Shrimp
Comes from the Atlantic, the size of the schriml is 16/20. The shrimp is boiled in our low country broth and can be ordered spicier and sprinkled with Old Bay Seasoning. The shrimp is served with our cocktail sauce
Reel Fish All Day Soup
A thick.brothy vegetable soup made with fresh tomatoes, fennel, shallots and potatoes it is vegetarian until we add the fish each morning. The fish will change daily but the Guest can ask for this vegetarian, it would also be a gluten free option
Grilled Octopus
Sous vide Octopus for 5 hours, then grilled to order and dressed with chimichurri and served on a tomato salads
Smoked Fish Dip
Our fish Dip has a chunkier texture with crisp green apples and a light sauce. The fish will change depending on what we get in and will. And served with saltine crackers
Reel Fish Calamari
A mixture of buttermilk and milk coats the calamari before it is dipped in seasoned flour and fried. also fried with the calamari are battered sweet cherry peppers. The sauces are tomato gravy (marinara) and garlic butter.
Fried green tomatoes
4 thick slices of tart green beefsteak tomatoes with the cornmeal seasoned breeding topped with crumpled goat cheese and roasted pepper vinaigrette. Gluten free/ vegetarian/ vegan omit the goat cheese
Kale and Artichoke Dip
Made with artichoke hearts, fresh shredded and sautéed kale, ground cashew, cream, sour cream, lemon juice, Gouda and Parmesan Cheese, and garlic. Served with grills Ciabatta bread

Egg roll wrappers filled with a thick cut of fresh Hdllow Fin Tuna wrapped in basil leaves, and quickly fired, sliced and served on a tropical salad with fresh chit salsa and wasabi mayo
