Deep squat
Tests total body mechanics, assessing mobility of the hips, knees, ankles, chest and back
Hurdle step
Tests the body’s proper stride mechanics in a stepping motion, assessing the hip mobility of the stepping leg and hip stability and glute strength of the standing leg while maintaining a stable torso
Inline lunge
Tests hip, knee and ankle mobility and stability while testing flexibility of the lats and rectus femoris
Shoulder mobility
Tests shoulder mobility, and flexibility of the pecs and lats
Active straight leg
Tests hamstring and calf flexibility while maintaining a stable pelvis and full extension of the opposite leg
Trunk stability push up
Test the core/spines stability in a sagittal plane during an upper body pushing movement
Rotary stability
Tests multi plane pelvis, core and shoulder stability during a combined upper and lower extremity movement.
