  • If ODP exists and ATC vectors are not available turn below 1000’ AFE If ODP advises.
  • If ATC vectors are available for obstacle clearance below 1000’ you can accept
  • TLR States “EARLY ALL ENG OPERATING TURN ABOVE 400’ AFE OK” turns can be made below 1000’ AFE
