Why are referrals, flips and second touch so important and what are the average length of rentals, average rate, referral fees and revenue?
2nd touch so Important because if insurance send down deal they receive 10% of total rev, whereas if they miss it and we pick it up from the Bodyshop it's a fixed fee of £250 for example. Because they go out for longer and are more money than normal tickets this can save us a lot of money. Referrals is one of most expensive costs on statement. Also better Cust journey - as they have better car etc Ave rate = £70 Length = 20 days £1400 revenue £250 referral fees
