Cardiovascular fitness
Cardiovascular fitness is the ability to handle aerobically challenging situations for long periods of time
Speed
The rate at which someone can perform a movement or cover a distance
Agility
The ability to control the movement of the whole body and change the position quickly
Flexibility
The range of motion of your joints
Balance
Being able to keep the body stable while at rest or in motion
Power
(Speed and strength) the ability to undertake strength performances quickly
Reaction time
The time between the presentation of a stimulus and the onset of a movement
Muscular endurance
The ability to use voluntary muscles without getting tired
Co-ordination
The ability to use two or more body parts together
Muscular strength
The amound of force a muscle can exert against a resistance.
