4 public
5 psychologists
(all are appointed, by: governor (2 pub + 5 psych), senate rules committee (1 pub), speaker of the assembly (1 pub))
(board anually elects pres and vice pres)
Terms are for 4 years, no more that 2 consecutive terms.
