Wound: Location, Size, Extent, Skin, Bed (Color, pig, inflammation, satellite, edema)
(Odour, necrosis, Granulation, Exposed, Fibrin, exudate, eschar, FB, Inflamm/infn, tunneling, sinus)
Vascular: Skin/Hair, Temp, Pulse
Neuro: 2pt, Vib 128, Reflex
Inv: BW + Glucose/A1c, ALB, Pre, baseline ESR/ CRP.
Test: Hand doppler, ABI, Cultures, Bx.
ABI: 0.5-0.9 - arterioal venous.
>1.2 = calcified
