1. Everyone is an eligible receiver
2. The game begins with a kick off from the defensive teams zone. All players must be behind the ball until it is kicked.
3. The offensive team has 3 downs (attempts) to score.
4. These is only one forward pass permitted during a down.
5. Team mates may use as many lateral passes as they wish.
6. A ball carrier is stopped when a flag is pulled
7. The QB may now run over the line of scrimmage.
8. The QB has 7 second to get rid of the football.
9. No blocking, holding or grabbing in to an opposing players shirt.
10. Flags must be placed at the sides of body, on hips.
