Occur at same site. When does it erupt from the ingestion of offending drug?

A

30 mins to 8 hrs. ave 2 hours.

6 to fewer lesions occur often only 1.

A

begin as a red round/ oval patch that can dev a dusky, intensely inflamed central portion and resemble an iris or target lesion similar to erythema multiforme wc may blister or erode.
1 cm to several.

mixed superficual and deep infiltrate kf neutrophils eosinophils and mononuclear cells.

Drugs causing FDE

A

Those taken intermittently

NSAID esp pyrazolone derivatives, paraceramil, naproxen; oxicam; mefenamic acid.
sulfonamide.
TMP SMX.
barbutyrates, tetra; fluco; fluoroqi, phenolph, aceta, cetiri; celecox, dextro, hydroxy, levoceitir, quinine. lamorrig, phenylprop, eythro; metfor( sildenaf, mycophenol, chemo, chinese and jap herbs.
