Wall toss
Tests coordination (hand-eye) by throwing one tennis ball against the wall and catching with the opposite hand.
Multistage Fitness Test
Otherwise known as the bleep test, measures cardiovascular endurance by the person running between 2 cones set out 30m apart before the next bleep.
Sit up bleep test
Measures muscular endurance, similar to bleep test, need to sit up on the beep and be down by the next. Last as long as you can.
Illinois agility test
Tests agility levels by changes of direction during a timed course.
Sit and reach test
Measures flexibility, place feet flat up against the box and (keeping legs flat on the floor) reach as far forward as you can and measure the distance your hands reach to.
1 rep max test
Measures strength, performer does the maximum weight they can lift for one rep.
30m sprint
Measures speed, performer takes a running start and sprints for 30metres and their speed is measured.
