Cardio vascular endurance
The ability of the heart and lungs to supply oxygen to working muscles.
Muscular endurance
The ability of the muscle or muscle group to undergo repeated contractions without fatiguing.
Speed
Maximum rate someone is able to perform a movement or cover a distance in a period of time.
Strength
Ability to overcome a resistance force produced my muscles.
Balance
Maintaining a centre of gravity over a base of support.
Agility
Ability to move and change direction quickly whilst maintaining control.
Co-ordination
Ability to move to or more body parts efficiently.
Reaction time
The time taken between the response and stimulus.
Power
The product of speed and strength.
Flexibility
The range of motion possible at a joint.
