run between two cones with a bleep

run furthest distance possible in the time of 12 mins

wall tost
throw ball against wall + catch in opposite hand as many times as possible in 30 seconds
Sit & teach test
have legs flat out infront and react as far forward as you can
FLEXIBILITY
sit up bleep test
perform as many sit ups as possible in 1 min
MUSCULAR ENDURANCE
vertical jump
reach as high up whilst standing (measure)
jump as high as you can

ruler drop test
try and grab the ruler as quickly as possible after dropped by a partner
one-rep max test
lift the largest weight possible 1 time
strength
30 meter sprint
run between two cones with the distance of 30 mins in the quickest time possible
