COORDINATION
To move different parts of the body together at the same time
FLEXIBILITY
The ability to move a joint, move the joint through a range of movements. The amount of flexibility varies for each joint
CARDIOVASCULAR/ AEROBIC FITNESS
The ability of the heart, lungs, blood vessels to supply oxygen to the muscles during long-periods of exercise, of moderate to vigorous intensity.
AGILITY
The ability to change direction of the body or certain parts of the body quickly and with control
MUSCULAR POWER
The ability to use strength with speed, maximum amount of force in a short period of time
MUSCULAR ENDURANCE
The ability to apply force several times without stopping
MUSCULAR STRENGTH
The maximum amount of force a muscle or muscle group can take in a short-period of time
