The ability is distribute your weight in a way that allows you to move without falling over.

The ability to do a range of motions without getting injured.
What is Agility?
The ability to rapidly change body direction while accelerating or decelerating.
What is Power?
Is the ability to use strength at speed.
What is Hand-Eye Coordination.
Is the ability to do activities that require simultaneously use of both hands and eyes.
What is Muscular Strength?
Is the ability to exert maximal force in a single contraction.
What is Speed?
Is the ability to move all or part of the body as quickly as possible.
What is Muscular Endurance?
How long a muscle group can perform repeated contraction before getting fatigued
What is Reaction Time?
Is the measure of quickness with which an organism responds to some sort of stimulus.
What is Cardiovascular Endurance?
is the ability of your heart, lungs, and blood vessels to efficiently deliver oxygen to your muscles during sustained physical activity.
