What is Cardiovascular Endurance/aerobic capacity?
The bodies ability to sustain prolonged exercise with the use of oxygen. It is also known as aerobic fitness, aerobic activity or aerobic endurance.
What is Muscular Strength?
The amount of force a muscle can produce in one force or one repetition.
What is Muscular Endurance?
The ability of a muscle or group to produce power for a sustained period of time.
What is Body Composition?
This relates to the proportion of body fat percentage relative to the lean bodies mass.
What is flexibility?
The ability to move the joints, through their full range of motion.
What is Power?
A measure of how much force a muscle can exert. This combines strength and speed.
What is Physical fitness?
- a measure of our ability to preform daily activities and tasks
- physical fitness encompasses both physical and skill related components
What is health related fitness?
The level of fitness we need to maintain good physical health during daily activities.
What is skill
Level of fitness required for involvement in physical activities such as sports.
What is muscular power?
A combination of speed and strength. When strength is exerted quickly, it is called power.

What is speed?
The ability to get from one point to another as quickly as possible.
What is agility?
The ability to change direction quickly while maintaining balance.
What is reaction time?
The time it takes to initiate the first response to a stimulus.
What is balance?
The ability to control our centre of gravity while stationary or moving.
