Define agility

Ability of your muscles to produce small amounts of effort repeatedly eg sit up test
Define cardiovascular endurance
Ability to exercise the body for a long period of time, this is also called stamina. Is it the ability of your heart and lugs to deliver oxygen through the blood to your muscles which produces aerobic energy.
Define flexibility
Ability of your muscles,ligaments and tendons to stretch so that your joints allow large movements eg sit and reach test and gymnastics

Muscular strength is the ability of your muscles to exert a force eg weight lifting. While muscular power is the ability to use strength quickly, to produce an explosive effort eg shot put.
Body composition
Is the different types of body tissues that make up the human body and these are muscle mass, fat mass, bone mass and residual mass.
What is mesomorphic?
Muscular bodies, people with this body type are suited to activities requiring strength and power.
What is endomorphic?
Short, well-rounded bodies with a tendency to carry weight. This body type is best suited for buoyancy sports such as swimming.
What is ectomorphic?
Tall, thin bodies. This body type is best suited to activities requiring stamina and endurance.
