What are the 3 types of burns?
First Degree: redness, warm and mild pain. Second Degree: red, blistered skin, severe pain. Third Degree: destroyed tissue
How many types of heat injuries are there and name them.
2 Heat exhaustion: cool, moist skin, and dilated pupils. Heat stroke: breakdown do the bodies sweating mechanism, uneven pupil dilation and weak/rapid pulse.
How many cold related injuries are there and what are they?
- Hypothermia: rapid falling temperature. Superficial Frostbite: ice crystals form on upper layers of skin. Deep Frostbite: ice crystals forming in deeper tissues.
What is the degree that defers superficial frostbite from deep frostbite?
32 degrees

Septic: bacteria. Anaphylactic: allergic reaction. Cardiogenic: heart. Hypovolemic: blood or fluid loss. Neurogenic: spinal cord injury.
