Where should you not stop a train?
1) In a tunnel
2) On a viaduct (bridge)
3) At any other unsuitable place.

What must you ask the passengers to do?
Tell passengers to move to carriages which are not affected by the fire.
Fire on a train:
If there is no safe carriages for passengers to move to, what must you do?
Carry out an evacuation.
If the fire is out but the train cannot proceed, you must:
1) Tell the signaller
2) Carry out any necessary protection
3) Request a controlled evacuation if needed
4) Request assistance if required
What should you do if passengers have self-evacuated from the train?
1) Make sure they are in a safe position
2) Not at risk from electrified lines
3) Not at risk from approaching trains
The fire is out and the train can proceed, what must you do?
Inform the signaller immediately
