First two involves only 2 couples
• Closed/closet swinging: only involves 2 couples that change partners and go to different rooms. Hotels, house.
• Open swinging: 2 couples, but stay in the same room. Going to be harder to lie to your spouse because they are in the same room.
• Threesomes: ideally 2 women and a man. Mainstream can be 2 males and a female, but the two men do not get involved.
• Swinging clubs/parties:
There is also something called soft swinging: mainly oral sex
