Usually in China, Malaysia, and Singapore. Penis Panic: Men believe that their penis is shrinking and that they are going to die. Associated with eating pork. It is a group event/cultural event. Hospitals get full. It spreads. The belief at least. Ex: of koro: the head of a turtle.
General retraction syndrome: men think they’re penis is shrinking. Associated with body dysmorphic disorder. Linked to heavy use of marijuana/strong amphetamines. Individual not a group event.
