A

Reflexive = stocking along nerve root in order to stimulate a rhythmic order or disrupt an existing pattern (produces a shift to re-establish homeostasis)

Mechanical = moving a body part around
1) to change the consistency/position of connective tissue
2) Shift pressure in vessels, increasing blood and lymph flow
