Q

What do the numbers after S or SB or SM mean?

A

10 different sport classes
Athletes with varying impairments compete based on the impact of impairment on swimming, not the impairment itself
Assesses all functional body parts using point system, that determines S and SB classes
Because of different demands of each, one athlete can have different S and SB scores
SM sport class is calculated FROM S and SB
