I: iliac crest, linea alba; inferior fibers fold back on themselves posteriorly and attach to ASIS to pubic tubercle to form INGUINAL LIGAMENT
A: flexion, ipsilateral lateral flexion, contralateral rotation of the vertebral column; compresses abdomen
Internal Abdominal Oblique
I: thoracic nerves 8-12, iliohypogastric nerve
O: inguinal ligament, iliac crest, thoracolumbar fascia
I: costal cartilages of ribs 8-10, linea alba
A: flexion, ipsilateral lateral flexion, ipsilateral rotation of the vertebral column, compresses abdomen

Psoas Major
I: lumbar nerves 2-3
O: traverse processes, bodies, intervertebral discs of T12-L5
I: lesser trochanter of femur
A: flexion and lateral rotation of femur, flexion of lumbar vertebra
Iliacus
I: femoral nerve
O: iliac fossa
I: tendon of psoas major
A: flexion and lateral rotation of femur
Quadratus Lumborum
I: thoracic nerve 12, lumbar nerves 1-3
O: iliac crest
I: transverse processes of L1-4, 12th rib
