Lumbar pain with a burning or hot sensation at the affected area which is aggravated by pressure. Bitter taste in mouth, dark yellowish urine, or frequent, urgent and painful with a burning sensation in the urethra and dribbling of urine. Some patients may have a bearing down sensation in the lower abdomen. Red tongue with yellowish sticky coating. Soft, rapid or slippery, wiry rapid pulse.
