Reactive Attachment Disorder
little trust that adults in their live will attend to their needs; don’t seek or respond to comfort, attention, or nurturing. Watchful manner, use avoidance, rarely show positive emotions

poor inter-rater reliability (different personality disorders have overlapping symptoms), comorbidity is high with personality disorders, exclusive categorical approach limitations (diagnoses based on arbitrary diagnoses thresholds, use all-or-none methods of classification, don’t take into account continuous nature of personality traits)
