A

A

Carry a net negative charge in the boil
Cause proteins to coagulate in the boil

What is a bubble point test?

A

A filter membrane integrity test. The filter is wetted and drained, then pressure is added to the inlet until bubbles start escaping the outlet in a bucket of water. Bubbles before reaching manufacturers set pressure indicate a failed membrane.
