In the dialog box that appears, choose the PRINTING TAB: Turn on USE FIXED PAGE MARGINS, and choose the margin sizes.

5. What if, when formatting the report, you leave off the option to USE FIXED PAGE MARGINS?

Then FM will automatically print things as close to the edge of the page as the printer allows, so turn it on and leave one inch all around.
