What is figo staging for endometrial cancer?
A
o I = uterus
o II = uterus + cervix
o III = adnexa
o IV = distant metastasis / bladder/bowel

What is figo staging for ovarian cancer?
A
o I = limited to ovaries
o II = pelvic extension (i.e. uterus)
o III = abdominal extension (extra-pelvic)
o IV = distant metastasis

What is the figo staging for cervical cancer?
A
o I = cervix
o II = invade beyond cervix, not into pelvic wall or lower 1/3rd of vagina
o III = extend to pelvic wall ± lower 1/3rd of vagina ± hydronephrosis
o IV = extend beyond pelvis + involves mucosa of bladder or rectum
