What are the signs and symptoms of fibromyalgia?

A
  • persistent (>3months) widespread pain (pain/tenderness on both sides of body, above and below waist, including axial spine)
  • fatigue; disrupted and unrefreshing sleep
  • cognitive difficulties
  • unexplained symptoms, anxiety, depression, functional impairment of activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • hypothyroidism
