what is the function of soluble fibre?
this creates a gel in the stomach to keep you full and lower LDL
what is the function of insoluble fibre?
this adds bulk to your faeces and prevents constipation
what does resistant starch do?
adds good bacteria to the large bowel

oats, legumes, pasta

whole grains, wholemeal, starch, grains
