is rare and stupid and thus will probably be on the test
tx with pred, doxy, pentoxifylline, cimetidine, vitamins?

17
Q

what are your big adult GI diseases to differentiate:

A

IBD; intestinal lymphoma; chronic form ECE; eosinophilic gastroenteritis. Biopsies, esp in jejunum. Pred, azathioprine, hydrolyzed diets

18
Q

how would you treat Lawsonia in a ferret

A

chloramphenicol

19
Q

how would you diagnose Lawsonia in a ferret

A

histopath or PCR because it is intracellular and fecals show nada
