Adult Dose
-1mcg/kg slow IV/IO/IN (max single dose 100mcg)
-Repeat q 5min to max dose 300mcg
->65y/o 0.5mcg/kg slow IV/IO/IN (max single dose 50mcg)

-1mcg/kg IV/IO/IM/IN (max single dose 100mcg)
-may repeat 0.5mcg/kg (max dose 50mcg) q 5min to a total of 3 doses

Precautions
Caution in patients with kidney and liver dysfunction

Drug-drug Interactions
-Additive effects w/ CNS depressants
-Should not be given with patients using MAOI in the last 14 days, may cause Serotonin Syndrom
