What is the dose and direction using of fentanyl?
A
If concious and in pain give 800mcg through the buccal mucosa
Over 15 minutes with peak effect 20-40 minutes in.
Use second 30 minutes after if required.
1-2 self administed
3rd under medical dirrection
Write F with time on patient face.

How should fent be used in prolonged field care?
A
Dose 1 and 2 in first hour 3rd by medic if needed.
