1) Inguinal L (base of triangle and most superior portion)
2) Adductor Longus m (medial boundary)
3) Sartorious m (lateral boundary)
- Apex is where sartorious and longus intersect

Contents (NAVeL toward your navel):

  • Femoral N.
  • Femoral A.
  • Femoral V.
  • Deep inguimnal Lymph nodes (OUTSIDE the femoral sheath)
