Femoral Vein
Empty Space (allows distension of vessels)
Lymphatic vessels + Deep inguinal lymph nodes
Remember: NAVEL (from lateral to medial)

Give the boundaries of the femoral triangle
A
Superior = Inguinal ligament (forms base of triangle)
Medial = Medial border of adductor Longus
Lateral = Medial border of Sartorius
Floor = Adductor Longus, Adductor Brevis, Iliopsoas (laterally), Pectineus (medially)
Roof = Fascia lata, Cribriform fascia, subcutaneous tissue, skin
