Ectopic pregnancy
A pregnancy that is not in the uterus. Usually occurs in the Fallopian tube
Endometriosis
Tissue from the inner lining of the uterus occurs abnormally in other pelvic or abdominal locations
Fibroids
Benign tumours in the uterus
Hyperemesis gravidarum
Abnormal condition of pregnancy characterized by excessive Vommiting, dehydration and weight loss
PID
Pelvic inflammatory disease. Inflammation caused by bacteria infection in the pelvic region . Because this condition usually affects the Fallopian tubes it is called salpingitis
Toxic shock syndrome
Caused by a bacteria infection in the vagina of menstruating women using tampons .
Cystocele
Downward protrusion of the bladder through the wall of the vagina
