To open up and let the baby out (dilate)
What is the function of the uterus (womb)?
To hold the baby during pregnancy
What is the function of the oviduct (fallopian tube) ?
The spot where an egg gets fertilised
What is the function of the ovary?
to store the eggs
What is the function of the egg cell (ovum) ?
When it is fertilised, it produces offspring
What is the penis function?
To insert into the vagina
What is the testes function?
Holds the male sperm
What is the urethras function?
Release urine and semen
What is the sperm tubes (sperm ducts) function?
To move sperm away from its storage place in the testicle
What is the sperm cells function?
To fertilise an egg and pass on genetic information
What is the glands function?
To create and release hormones.
