A

Full time equivalent

A full time equivalent student for FEFP funding proposes is one student in membership in one or more FEFP programs for a school year or its equivalent.

What is the time equivalent for a standard school?

A

Grades 4-12: 900 hours of instruction a year (180 days at 5 hours per day)

Grades K-3: 720 hours of instruction a year
