Q

Manuel London “how and why feedback works.”

A
  • Constructive feedback is not positive.
  • Constructive feedback is followed by explanation of how to move forward.
  • Start with recognizing what you do well, negative feedback is framed as “this is what is necessary to meet the standards.”
  • Focus on recipients behaviour, not personality.
  • Best to happen in the moment (ASAP) when event is fresh.
