  • their body, or parts of their body, may not be able to carry on with what they are doing due to local muscular fatigue
  • concentration levels will decrease and they will be more likely to make mistakes
  • skill levels decrease as speed and strength decrease
  • if the person is unable to have some form of rest, they will be forced to stop
