fatty fish, beef liver, eggs, cheese, mushroom, orange, kale, skin producing VD

vegetable oils(sunflower and corn oils), nuts(almonds, peanuts, walnuts), leafy greens(kale, lettuce, spinach, etc), seeds(sunflower seeds)

leafy greens, fish, liver, meat, eggs, kiwi, avocado, etc
