- TRIGGER POINTS
- Tight skeletal muscle or muscle fascia
- Better prognosis that for fibromyalgia

Complex Regional Pain Syndrome:
A
- Nerve injury
- Spontaneous pain that begins in extremity and extends proximally
- Thermography will show coolness of extremity
- Stage 1: acute; limb edema
- Stage 2: dystrophic; limb becomes cool
- Stage 3: atrophic; pain spreads proximally and irreversible atrophic changes and contracture

- Syndrome -> many symptoms
- Widespread MSK pain
- Fatigue
- Central Sensitization -> Facilitation
- Multiple Tender points
- R/o sleep apnea and repetitive limb movement as cause
